Speed Checks in Biddenden

This afternoon, Beat Officers spent some time on the A274 North Street, Biddenden in order to complete some speed checks following recent complaints of excessive speed through the village. 

Two drivers were stopped and reported for exceeding the speed limit, with one caught at 38mph and the other 39mph. 

Otherwise, in the time we spent there, it was pleasing to see that everybody else was adhering to the speed limit and it gave an opportunity for a few locals to stop and chat.
